Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Collaborate with management to implement cost control and kitchen efficiency strategies. Requirements & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
