🚀 Co-Founder – Technology (CTO) | T-Home Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) | Remote Friendly Startup Stage: Early Stage | FinTech | Home Finance About T-Home: T-Home is revolutionizing how individuals access home loans, personal finance, and regulatory services like GST, ITR filings, and company registrations. We’re building a tech-first platform to simplify access to loans, improve approval timelines, and support underserved markets. What We’re Looking For: We’re in search of a Tech Co-Founder (CTO) who is passionate about building scalable fintech solutions from scratch. This is a founding role—be ready to own, lead, and build our tech stack. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of T-Home’s digital platform (Web & Mobile) Build and manage the core tech team (in-house/freelancers) Collaborate closely with the Founder on product roadmap & business strategy Ensure data security, scalability, and tech compliance Integrate APIs for banks, credit bureaus, KYC/AML, etc. Ideal Candidate: Experience in building full-stack applications (MERN, Django, or similar) FinTech/LoanTech domain experience is a big plus Hands-on with API integrations, cloud infra (AWS/GCP), and database design Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion to build something impactful What’s in it for you: Co-founder equity stake Flexibility and leadership from day one Opportunity to redefine home finance access in India Interested?
