Proficiency in C, Git, and Yocto/OpenEmbedded is required, while familiarity with security features like verified boot and trusted execution environments is advantageous. Your expertise should extend to root cause analysis, advanced troubleshooting at the kernel level, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within set timelines. Demonstrated experience in leading software projects, offering technical insights to supporting teams, a sense of urgency, and a drive for achieving results are qualities that will set you apart.
