Job Description

As a Systems Reliability Engineer at Nutanix, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring service reliability. You will have the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance serviceability, and analyze customer data to improve product reliability. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, gathering customer feedback for product enhancement discussions, and establishing partnerships with technology allies to drive issue resolution and implement improvements. You will contribute to expanding internal and external knowledge bases for continuous improvement and provide support coverage during weekdays and off-hours on a rotational basis. To excel in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or related roles, with expertise in troubleshooting Virtualization, Networking, and Linux Systems. Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud technologies, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, will be essential. A degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, and a customer-driven mindset with a passion for high-quality support experiences is highly valued. This position follows a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a balance between remote work and in-person collaboration. You will be part of a supportive environment that values growth and work-life balance, reporting to a Sr. Manager who emphasizes collaboration and growth. Travel is not required, enabling you to focus on delivering outstanding support and service to customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.,
