Design end-to-end supply chain solutions using Blue Yonder ESP to optimize planning and operations Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical configurations Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet client objectives Assist both functional and technical teams in developing test cases, scenarios, and support implementation cycles Collaborate with users to identify automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements Manage system integrations with ERP systems like SAP Deliver training sessions and create user documentation Provide post-implementation support including hyper-care and change management Ensure smooth migration from on-premise SCP to ESP Cloud, understanding both platforms thoroughly Key Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning), formerly JDA SCP In-depth data modeling skills and knowledge of linear programming for ESP Ability to independently configure, model, and test ESP plans Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL scripting, and software development life cycle Familiarity with SAP-ESP integration is a plus Strong communication and client-facing skills Required Qualifications: 710 years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, focused on Blue Yonder ESP Proven experience in supply chain management processes and implementing best practices Hands-on experience in ESP migration projects (SCP to ESP Cloud preferred) Blue Yonder ESP certification is a plus Strong technical background in systems infrastructure, database concepts, and SDLC

Understand business and existing processes draft requirements, design innovative solutions, support IT development, user testing, implementation and change management, hyper-care. Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business requirements. Assist functional and technical team to identify test cases aligned to functional design and support project teams throughout the implementation process. Work with business to identify business scenarios for testing. Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems. Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers to meet their expectations. Conduct system integrations with other ERP systems as needed. Develop and deliver training sessions for Business users. Migration Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience migrating from SCP (Supply Chain Planning) to ESP, as the current setup is SCP on-premise, and they are moving to ESP on the cloud. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of data modeling for ESP. Proficiency in linear programming and independent modeling data for ESP. Hands-on experience configuring and testing planning solutions, including ESP, BY ESP, or JDA SCP. Ability to configure planning solutions independently and model/test plans effectively.
