As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for developing technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies for a major application area, aligning them with business and application requirements. Your role will involve analyzing and evaluating alternative technology solutions to address business problems and providing technical guidance on set-up requirements, configuration, and customization of technical applications. In this position, you will act as the highest point of in-house escalation for complex user issue problem diagnosis and resolution. You will collaborate with vendor technical resources for issues that cannot be resolved internally. Your responsibilities will also include identifying policies and requirements that drive specific solutions and ensuring the integration of all aspects of technology solutions. Monitoring industry trends to ensure solutions align with the company's direction will be a key aspect of your role. You will be accountable for reviewing Technical Applications software and hardware systems, data requirements, communications, and response needs. Additionally, you will review application documentation, including procedures, process flows, and instructions to support technical queries and workflow changes. Providing training, coaching, and guidance to less experienced technical applications support staff will be part of your responsibilities. You will continuously identify, pursue, and implement improvements to the configuration and usage of the application(s). Acting as a specialist subject matter expert for a technical application, you will specify data requirements in a data-centric environment and define and configure workshare environments. Representing the company at external conferences and user forums, you will stay updated on developments within the application domain. Your role will also involve generating query forms and reports to communicate data discrepancies, omissions, completion trending, and status updates. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training, along with relevant experience in a project execution environment. You should be capable of assessing data governance and records retention requirements and translating them into records archive solutions. Proficiency in application configuration, ongoing project support, and integrating system components is essential. As a highly skilled individual, you should be adept at performance tuning tools, systems diagnostics, fault identification techniques, and troubleshooting complex IT system issues. Your expertise in adjusting, modifying, and improving IT systems will be crucial in this role.,
