Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing workers and delegating them respective work in the sheet metal manufacturing processes. It will be your duty to integrate systemic documentation periodically and handle internal and customer quality issues with an immediate action plan. Your decision-making skills will be crucial for addressing quality issues related to sheet metal stamping, welding, and powder coating processes. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling customer and ISO audits, as well as managing incoming inspection procedures. You will analyze data by completing hypothesis and process capability analysis tests and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data while making recommendations. It will also be your responsibility to prepare CAPA & SCAP, review and update all QA documentation, handle customer complaints, and resolve them on an immediate procedural basis.
