Roles & Responsibilities Provides application software development services typically in a defined project Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications Maintains, tests and integrates application components Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented Mandatory Skillset 12+ Years of experience in Systematics Development - Mainframes Experience in any of the Systematics module ALS/IMPACS/ST/RM/FMS Strong knowledge in COBOL, JCL, VSAM,Sort and Easytrieve would be an added advantage CICS knowledge would be a definite plus. Willing to work as an individual contributor majorly and guide small group of junior developers Strong programming and analytical skills Good communication and problem-solving skills
