Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and design solutions using SAP TM. Configure and customize SAP TM modules including Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, Planning, Execution, and Settlement. Integrate SAP TM with ECC/S4HANA modules (MM, SD, LE) and third-party logistics systems. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and drive end-to-end implementation. Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide hypercare support post-go-live. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and training materials. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the SAP TM module. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP EWM, SD, and MM consultants for seamless logistics operations. Troubleshoot and resolve TM-related issues in a timely manner. Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation or support. Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight booking, carrier integration, and freight settlement processes. Knowledge of SAP TM master data (locations, transportation lanes, resources, etc.). Experience with BRF+, PPF, and integration with SAP PI/PO or CPI. Familiarity with TM Optimizer and planning strategies. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to lead workshops and training sessions. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM (embedded TM) is highly preferred. Understanding of SAP EWM and LE for integration scenarios. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus. Certification in SAP TM is a bonus. ",
