As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing innovative software solutions and services by utilizing cloud software development techniques. You will be an integral part of the cloud engineering team, where your responsibilities will include designing, building, and managing cloud systems and infrastructure. Your focus will be on creating software, services, and solutions that are flexible, scalable, and resilient to meet both current and future business needs in an automated and repeatable manner. You will collaborate with the software engineering team to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions for the organization. Your experience in Docker and Kubernetes will be essential for tasks such as image building and Kubernetes scheduling. Additionally, you will be involved in planning, designing, and developing cloud-based applications while ensuring that cloud environments adhere to the organization's security guidelines. Working closely with DevOps, you will develop tooling and infrastructure for cloud development and operations, with a specific emphasis on microservices deployment and monitoring of distributed systems. Your role will also involve deploying and debugging cloud initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle following best practices. Utilizing a Test Driven Development (TDD) approach, you will support continuous integration and deployment patterns. You will also be responsible for developing processes to enforce cloud governance, architecture, operating procedures, monitoring, and system standards. In case of incidents, you will respond promptly, take ownership, drive them to completion, and participate in root cause analysis. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you tackle difficult and complex challenges with a fresh perspective, demonstrating sound judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently. You will lead moderate to high complexity projects, deliver well-written reports, and contribute to the realization of operational and strategic plans. Preferred certifications for this role include AWS or GCP cloud certifications. Candidates with a B.Tech/B.E., Diploma, B.Sc, M.Tech, MCA, MS/M.Sc in Computers, or Cyber Security Engineering qualifications with 3-7 years of experience are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad with a salary range of 5,00,000 to 10,00,000 INR per annum.,
