The role requires you to resolve, maintain, and manage clients" software/hardware/network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLAs, ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining all network services, equipment, and devices. You will also be monitoring network performance, troubleshooting problems and outages, and programming routers, switches, and other network hardware. Additionally, you will configure DNS servers, define, document, and enforce system standards, manage system back-up and restore protocols, plan and support network and computing infrastructure, and schedule updates and upgrades. You should be proficient in rack server installation and cabling, able to read and understand schematics and design documentation, and skilled in cable management for functionality and aesthetic purposes. Furthermore, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ensure the effective administration of a new business network, perform troubleshooting on all programs when required, and prepare post-mortem reports while performing trend analysis in case of system failures.,
