Job Description

Job Title: L2 Service Desk Engineer / Technical Support Location: Work from Office Experience: 2–4 Years (Preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced L2 Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user systems and applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT applications. Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office, Office 365, email, printers, and internet applications. Manage Active Directory tasks such as user account management and access requests. Support software installation, antivirus, system imaging, and patch management. Resolve issues related to wireless connectivity and network access. Configure and support mobile devices (iOS and Android). Follow ITIL processes, maintain documentation, and generate MIS reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Required Skills: Experience in L2 Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / Technical Support. Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking basics. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Additional Requirement: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts. Work from office is mandatory.
