As an Electrical Substation Design Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating knowledge of AIS and GIS Substation design for all voltages up to 400kV, including primary equipment like circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, instrument transformers, and power transformers. - Creating Local Control Cubicle (LCC) designs based on customer specifications and standards of leading utilities like PGCIL. - Developing LCC schematics, interlocking logics, and coordinating with HV GIS equipment and other substation components. - Generating LCC panel general arrangement drawings, including front views, mimic arrangements, and equipment layouts. - Compiling, reviewing, and validating Bill of Materials for LCC panels according to project requirements. - Preparing site installation documents and system documents such as load calculations and cable specifications. - Maintaining documentation integrity, including as-built documents and system updates. - Offering optimized solutions for various substation tenders, specifically GIS and Hybrid projects. - Engaging with customers to address technical queries and coordinating with cross-functional teams for project design progress. - Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers for panel deliveries and ensuring quality system compliance. Qualifications: - B.E/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering Candidate Profile: - 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in panel/cubicle design engineering for electrical products. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Eplan drafting. - Familiarity with international standards such as IEEE, IEC, and IS. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.,
