At Liberty Software, you will have the opportunity to work directly with independent pharmacies nationwide, supporting them in serving their customers and communities. We are currently looking for an Onsite Software Installer situated in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to join our growing team. As an Onsite Software Installer, you will be responsible for traveling to new client pharmacies and installing our advanced software solutions. Your role will involve providing onsite and web-based training on Liberty's pharmacy software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring networking settings, and installing specified software packages and hardware components at client premises. Additionally, you will address client inquiries, diagnose system problems, and offer solutions to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onsite and web-based training sessions on Liberty's pharmacy software - Assist pharmacy staff with hardware and software troubleshooting, insurance claim issues, and general inquiries - Install operating systems, Liberty's proprietary software, and hardware components - Configure and test networking settings - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on issue resolution - Travel extensively within the United States, including overnight travel - Utilize commercial airlines for travel, predominantly departing from the DFW airport - Possess a valid driver's license and personal automobile insurance Qualifications: - Minimum of three years of relevant experience in pharmacy, technology, or software implementations - Pharmacy technician or technology-related education/certifications (e.g., PTCB, CompTIA) preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with various levels of client organizations - Patient and empathetic teaching approach towards users of varying technical abilities - Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and under minimal supervision - Comfortable with new technology and hardware installations; committed to continuous learning - Detail-oriented with excellent listening, documentation, and problem-solving skills - Physically capable of regular movement, lifting, and handling up to 50 lbs - Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays within the designated region In addition to joining a dynamic team, Liberty Software offers a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including: - 100% paid medical and life insurance with options for dental and vision coverage - 50% contribution towards family member insurance premiums - Fully matched 401K plan (pre- or post-tax) - Generous PTO and paid holidays - Tuition reimbursement and certification courses - Adoption expense reimbursement - Dependent Care FSA for tax savings - Access to counseling resources for team members and dependents - Fully-stocked breakroom and more perks!
