We are seeking an expert SAP MM/PP Process Lead with a strong background in SAP and industry experience to lead SAP adoption initiatives within the context of digital transformation. You will be responsible for leading large strategic SAP transformation deals with a global scope, driving the solution strategy, and providing expert support to various projects. This role requires an expert-level knowledge of primary process areas like Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) to deliver significant business value. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead SAP adoption initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation for your specific track, clearly demonstrating business value. Lead large strategic SAP transformation deals with a global scope, taking end-to-end responsibility for SAP solutioning. Drive the solution strategy by working with account teams and sales partners to shape deals in tune with the competitive scenario and client priorities. Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops. Drive innovation and provide delivery and solution assurance in large existing accounts. Support and guide solutions and offerings in the Capability (COE) and provide expert support to projects. Guide, develop, and mentor a team of architects/SMEs and continuously drive solutioning capability enhancement. Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Production Planning & Quality Management , with experience in implementing MTS, MTO scenarios , and knowledge in BOM, PP-PI, MRP, Operations, Sub-contracting , and shop floor. Experience in designing and implementing IBP Demand, S&OP, R&S, Inventory with CI-DS and RTI . Strong understanding of the entire logistics and/or financial process and SAP configuration. Strong understanding of E2E business processes in enterprises and their mapping in S/4HANA . Global implementation experience and knowledge of working in agile ways. Expert understanding of the overall process for Greenfield/Brownfield (System Conversion) , Architecture, and Configuration of the SAP S/4HANA environment. Experience in integrating SAP ERP solutions with other SAP and Non-SAP solutions. Strong business acumen, with the ability to articulate business language and translate solution propositions into business value. SAP S/4HANA Certification(s) in core areas is preferred. Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in representing the practice/organization in industry events/forums is a plus. QUALIFICATION: A good understanding of at least one industry domain and a complete value chain, having executed multiple SAP engagements with customers in the industry.

Should have strong BASIS fundamentals Hands on Experience in either upgrade (1-2) or implementation (1-2) of SAP Systems Upgrade includes - Release upgrades Implementations - Installation of HANA Databases , Applications - S4HANA , ERP , CRM etc Migration experience is a must include - Backup/Restore or Export/Import (HSR would be a big plus) Knowledge on S/4HANA Conversion would be a big plus Certified consultant either in OS/DB Migration or SAP BASIS Fundamentals with HANA DB Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc. will be a big plus. Good knowledge and understanding of new dimensional SAP products, Technologies and Methodologies (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BIGDATA, SDI , SLT , ILM ) Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to SAP customer Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs. Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines. A record of taking initiatives, driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility. Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively. S/4HANA , SAP Fiori, SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP GRC, ETD, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP CPI, SAP NetWeaver etc.(Combinations of these) Experience in Technical setup of BTP services Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, OS/400, etc.) Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, Architecting, Advisory Work Experience Require 2-15 years of work experience for various job levels Hands-on experience in OS/DB migrations (On-premise /cloud), Unicode conversions, S/4HANA System conversions & Upgrades and implementations (Pure end user support profile - Application Maintenance Support EMS - need not apply)
