Kindly find the below Job Description: Role & responsibilities 1) Propose, co-ordinate and implement agreed strategies for the development of the company, in order to ensure that the company is positioned as a business leader in the areas of International system certification (e.g. Food Cert, IT, Transport, etc), Training and Sustainability services. 2)Monitor and direct the sales and marketing activities of the respective Profit Center and establish appropriate systems and processes to grow the customers and market share of TUV Nord India System Certification BU within the respective regional offices. 3) Leadership and management of the sales & marketing teams, fostering a team-based culture, ensuring positive interactions with other teams within TUV Nord India, its Partners and Customers. 4) Proactive engagement of the existing and potential customers for the effective delivery of agreed budgets and targets for sales, marketing and account management support. 5) Contribute towards & implement sales plans to grow TUV India presence in target user market and geographic sectors across India and Sri Lanka. 6) Work with Product Managers to suggest, coordinate & implement positioning strategies for their product specific services. Preferred candidate profile 1) Through the in-depth understanding of user needs, identify new opportunities and markets for offering TUV Nord India services. 2) Oversee the annual renewals process, ensuring on-target retention of existing customers and responsible for the acquisition of new customers 3) Monitor and manage sales and support processes across the regional offices. 4) Coordinate the exercises designed to capture the Voice of the Customer; 5) Focus on continuous improvement so also propose and support development new services for TUV Nord India Market Survey & Competitor Analysis and strategy planning accordingly.

Kindly find the below Job Role: Role & responsibilities 1) Maintenance & Updating of PC Tutors man days allocation 2) Adhere to Training oversight body KPIs (IRCA/NBQP) as well as internal (TUV India/TNCERT) KPIs 3) Review PC-specific training details for correctness prior planning & upload in excellence portal & overall training documentation (CRF, Course Documentation, Examination, etc) management. 4) Communication & Coordination with all Tutors, PC Heads, Other PC Training Coordinators, Marketing Executives, Customers, HO team & all relevant authorities on course planning requirements. 5) Verification of - customer POs prior to Planning in excellence 6) Planning of open house courses with necessary administrative & logistical support. 7) Coordinate with clients for inhouse training to provide necessary administrative & logistical support for inhouse courses. Preferred candidate profile 1) Follow-up for invoice payments on need basis & support PCH / Operation Manager. 2) Training Course Data updates as per requirements, training schedules tracking as per instruction & coordinate with HO team for release of final certificate. 3) Monthly MIS & timely submission 4) Any assignment given by reporting Authorities 5) Weekly and monthly updates of all related activity to be submitted 6) Assisting in tender, related documentations related to AB/approval body requirements

We are looking for Certification Coordinator with a strong understanding of management system certification and familiarity with ISO standards. Key Responsibilities: Audit Planning & Coordination: Conduct contract reviews and support audit scheduling. Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce and NetSuite. ERP Administration: Manage NetSuite entries and ensure accurate record-keeping. Audit Oversight: Monitor audit planning progress and completion across multiple regions. Quality Assurance: Perform administrative reviews of audit reports for ISO 9001, s, and ISO 45001. Centralized Resource Coordination: Oversee a new centralized planning platform for resource allocation. Assign qualified auditors using a centralized calendar. Ensure optimal resource utilization, including reallocating auditors when schedules change or availability shifts. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Engineering. 5-6 years of industrial experience, with at least 2-3 years in a certification body. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17021 (mandatory). Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus. Note: It is a Remote job. For more details, please reach out.
