You will be responsible for quality control activities at the leading FMCG Company. Your role will include conducting process audits, ensuring system awareness, inspecting raw materials, in-process and finished goods, as per established SOPs. You will also be required to inspect processes as per the defined frequency, address internal complaints using Root cause analysis and CAPA, and review the effectiveness of actions taken. Additionally, you will track the daily productivity of machines, plan productivity improvement actions, maintain communication with the Quality team, and manage daily and monthly dashboards related to PQCDS (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety). The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry. This is a full-time permanent position located in Salem-Attur, with work to be carried out in person.,
