Strategic Advisor who designs and delivers complex enterprise scale Salesforce solutions for Customers. Sr Architect brings together teams across different stakeholders to realize a vision. As Sr. Technical Architect you will become a deep Health Cloud Domain and Product expert and will work closely with delivery teams to ensure customer success. The Sr. Technical Architect will support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and partners. Sr Architect will be responsible for successfully solutioning the enterprise application E2E, designing and building the Salesforce Industry-specific Health industry solutions. As a Sr. Technical Architect, you will become a deep product expert with Industry Health Cloud applications, and work closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success. The Sr. Technical Architect maintains an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem. Qualifications: 14+ years of experience in developing technology solutions 5+ years of experience in handling client facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of system development and related business consulting. Expertise in one or multiples of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and Vlocity Omnistudio. Expertise in one or multiple domains of Healthcare Providers, Healthcare Payers,Life Science and Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Public health Government Healthcare programs, Insurance. Integration Architecture (Must have) - Conceptualize end to end integration projects knowledge of authentication mechanisms. Experience in REST SOAP APIs, knowledge of Governor limits involved during integrations. Working knowledge on continuous integration, working with repositories (eg Git, Bitbucket) Strong experience in designing and architecting large scale applications Detailed understanding of Solution architecting Estimations process. Demonstrate technical and functional skills in design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices. Develop user journeys, review user stories, design robust data models, and apply Apex design patterns and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience by demonstrating expertise in User Experience and Technical Design. Architect Scalable and Secure Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Engage with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to shape the architectural vision and establish a strategic roadmap. Negotiate solutions to complex problems, balancing the needs of customers and third-party stakeholders. Advise customers, partners, and implementation teams on executing digital transformation strategies using the Salesforce platform and Salesforce Industries solutions. Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and integration processes to maintain high-quality solutions. Create comprehensive technical documentation for designed solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications. Leverage native Salesforce Industries technology and the Force.com platform to design and implement complex business processes. Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions that meet client needs. Identify and assess risk areas in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies, committing to resolving issues promptly and thoroughly. Qualification Minimum 12 years of total experience in IT Minimum 8 years of total Salesforce experience in Salesforce architecture and Integration. Minimum 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/Lightning), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations. 7+ years experience in defining, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions, in the capacity of the accountable or responsible contributor. Design and implement Salesforce solutions that are aligned with the business strategy and objectives. Lead technical requirements sessions, architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. Provide guidance on the deployment of Salesforce CRM implementations, integrations, and upgrades. Mandatory to have Platform Developer II Certification along with at two Cloud Consultant Certification from either Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service or CPQ). Mandatory to have minimum either System Architect or Application Architect certification Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and ability to present to a variety of audiences (executive to technically detailed audiences).
