Description
Requirements / Responsibilities Basic knowledge of router configuration, firewall configuration, switch configuration, booting, installation, patch upgrade, understanding of cabling (data and power). Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve (Network, VPN) issues and provide troubleshooting to resolve issues raised by clients in ticketing tools. Knowledge on OSI Network Model, IP Addresses, Mac Addresses and networking commands. Diagnose all Level 1 issues from the customers and drive satisfactory resolution of the issues. Monitor ensure network services and internet uptime by using Speed Test, Ping, Tracert. Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, and other Networking hardware as a Network data engineer. Knowledge of Hardware replacement and Fortigate Firewall. Identify network vulnerabilities by testing Network infrastructure security and troubleshooting. Configuring and Maintenance of Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Network Protocols. Identify website vulnerabilities. In-depth knowledge of network devices and tools.
