System Analyst_ IT Ops

The role of providing support to the IT Service Management team managing CRM Applications involves running support functions for all business functions, L1&L2 teams, incident management, production management, post-production service delivery, end-user management, supporting delivery of software projects, operational planning & improvement, and technology adoption initiatives across various industry verticals and geographies in Digital and Business Enterprise Applications. To ensure business continuity, you will be required to understand business requirements and processes, formulate solutions, and meet business SLAs related to production systems with the highest standards of quality and integrity. Thorough documentation following standard operating procedures and keeping senior management and stakeholders updated on project statuses are essential responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's in Application Management/Masters in Computer Application/B.E or B.Tech (IT/CSE) and have 2-6 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Bank IT service management vertical. Strong SQL skills, switching technologies, and java expertise, along with experience in SQL server databases, are required. Possession of relevant certifications is considered beneficial. Sound knowledge of IT Service Management principles, evolving practices for service delivery management, and ITSM best practices is essential. Additionally, familiarity with CRM, Channels Applications, end-user relationship management, and RBI policies and guidelines relevant to SFB is desired for this role.,
