System Administrator

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure desktop systems for new and existing users, including:
• Monitor
• Keyboard and Mouse
• Printers and Scanners etc.,
• Install, configure, and regularly update

  antivirus and endpoint protection

  software.
• Manage and troubleshoot email subscriptions and user accounts (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
• Perform regular system checks and apply necessary software updates or patches.
• Handle IT support tickets and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets including systems, peripherals, and licenses.
• Ensure data security policies are followed across all systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and IT procurement.
• Assist in setting up network printers, scanners, and shared drives.
• Document installation procedures and support logs.
• Provide basic training or support for non-technical users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in system administration or desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with hardware setup (monitors, keyboards, etc.).
• Proficiency in installing and managing antivirus and security tools.
• Familiarity with email client configuration and subscription management.
• Knowledge of Windows OS (preferred), basic networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Active Directory / user access control.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN environments.
• Exposure to remote desktop support tools.
