Key Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and support End User Computing (EUC) infrastructure across Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, and Debian environments (endpoint and server). Provide advanced-level troubleshooting and system administration support for OS-related issues, application performance, and system availability. Implement and enforce endpoint security solutions, including DLP , EDR , XDR , and vulnerability assessment and mitigation practices.
