Job Title: System Admin (CCTV, NETWORK, HARDWARE TECHNICIAN)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the hospital’s IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of servers, networks, hospital management systems (HMS), electronic medical records (EMR), and data security to support healthcare professionals in delivering efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, desktops, printers, and hospital IT systems.
• Monitor and manage Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HMS), EMR, PACS, and related healthcare applications.
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and security for sensitive patient and hospital information.
• Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot system outages, network failures, and resolve technical problems quickly.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.
• Implement IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and compliance with healthcare data regulations (HIPAA/ NABH where applicable).
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and third-party application support.
• Ensure uninterrupted internet, email, and communication systems for hospital operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Support in hospitals/healthcare (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, firewalls, and security systems.
• Familiarity with HMS, EMR, PACS, and healthcare-related software.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 hospital environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
