We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Analyst-II - Onsite Support to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring end-user productivity through efficient problem resolution. Technical Support Responsibilities: Troubleshoot known and unknown hardware issues related to corporate-issued or provided desktops, laptops, mobile devices (phones & tablets), peripherals, and associated accessories. Troubleshoot known and unknown software issues related to Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Office Communicator, and other corporate-deployed desktop applications. Address Microsoft patches, corporate software deployments, group policies, and McAfee Antivirus issues. Build and reimage corporate-issued PCs, including necessary hardware repairs or upgrades to resolve end-user productivity issues. Hardware replacement occurs after diagnostics confirm the need for repair, replacement, or upgrade. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues impacting employee productivity. Demonstrate a strong understanding of networking basics, TCP/IP, VPN, secure access methodologies, and wireless technologies. Provide excellent verbal and written communication to end-users regarding their productivity issues. Communication must be in English (Mandatory). Local language verbal and written skills will be considered a secondary requirement if needed due to corporate policy. Demonstrate the ability to interact with end-users of all levels using active listening and empathetic listening skills. Proven ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical end-users, both verbally and in writing. Additional Responsibilities: Experience with desktop imaging software such as Ghost, MS MDT, MS WDS, Sysprep, and RIS. Document solutions and incident resolution case notes in English within the assigned reporting systems. Perform inventory management, reporting, and ordering for the area of responsibility in accordance with company policies. This includes ordering PCs, mobile devices, hard drives, memory, ActiveKeys, LAN cables, docking stations, monitors, keyboards, mice, and productivity accessories. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of relevant technical support experience without any gaps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
