To qualify for this position, you should hold a technical secondary school degree or higher in mechanical engineering, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in grinding. Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings, understanding various form and position tolerances, and utilizing basic measuring instruments is essential. The ability to operate a punch shaper is also required. A proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, capability to work well under pressure, and a collaborative mindset are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
