The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software applications on the AS400 platform using Synon tools. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test software applications on AS400 using Synon tools. Analyze user requirements and develop specifications for new applications or enhancements. Write, debug, and optimize code in RPG, CL, or other languages as needed. Utilize Synon tools for code generation, data modeling, and application development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
