Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data migration strategies for different templates (E.g.: ECC to S4, S4 to S4) as part of the SAP transformation project. This includes ensuring alignment with business objectives and implementation plans, as well as understanding different MB processes like P2P, O2C & RTR. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of data migration specialists, providing guidance and oversight throughout the migration process to drive efficiencies by cross-utilization and proactive resource management measures. Collaborating closely with functional and technical stakeholders, you will work on understanding data requirements, defining migration scope, and ensuring stakeholder needs are met. You will also conduct workshops with IT units to execute the overall migration plan. Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process will be a key responsibility. This includes conducting data profiling, analysis, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities. You will define and manage a comprehensive set of ETL tools for data migration execution in a factory model setup. This involves designing and managing ETL processes using tools like SAP Data Services, LSMW, LTMC, and Syniti. Additionally, you will explore innovative ideas using cutting-edge technologies to automate the migration process, such as the possible use of AI for migration use cases. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data migration processes and providing regular project updates to stakeholders will be essential. Identifying and resolving data migration issues promptly, tracking them throughout the migration lifecycle, and ensuring timely resolution for overall project success are also part of your responsibilities. Skills: - Strong knowledge of SAP data structures, SAP ABAP, SAP data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, LTMC), and proficiency in SQL. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Syniti tools or other third-party migration tools is beneficial. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional Information: This role may require collaboration with cross-functional teams and travel to client locations as needed. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements is essential. Qualifications: - Education: B.E (any field) or M.B.A (General Administration) - Years of Experience: 15 years - Specific Knowledge: - IT Project and Program Management with a good record of accomplishment in managing a large portfolio of projects/topics in one or more domains. - Development background in Java/.NET and experience working in Agile Development teams with exposure to Scrum/Kanban and DevOps methodologies. - Proven ability as an out-of-the-box thinker and contributor to innovative topics. - Excellence in stakeholder and customer/partner management. - Experience in Business Acquisition and Solutioning for new topics/setup. - Experience in driving projects using metrics/KPIs for data-driven decisions and steering. - Knowledge of the German language will be an added advantage.
