You will be responsible for driving commercial sales and establishing partnerships with businesses interested in transitioning to solar energy in accordance with the Rooftop Solar Policy. The ideal candidate for the position of Business Sales Executive should possess a deep-rooted enthusiasm for renewable energy, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a successful history in B2B sales. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new B2B sales prospects within the commercial solar industry, presenting tailored solar solutions to businesses, industrial clients, and institutions, nurturing relationships with important stakeholders and decision-makers, meeting monthly and quarterly sales objectives, collaborating closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth implementation, and staying abreast of solar policies, incentives, and market dynamics. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (previous exposure to the solar or energy sector would be advantageous), exhibit outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, demonstrate self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and a strong customer focus, and be willing to travel for client meetings and on-site inspections.
