The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate reports that drive data-informed business decisions. This role involves preparing daily/weekly performance reports, business promotion analytics, exception reporting, KPI dashboards, and managing ad-hoc data requests. Key Responsibilities: Generate Daily/Weekly Business Performance Reports for stakeholders and revenue teams. Prepare Business Promotion Reports to track ROI and campaign performance. Support Business Initiative Reporting for ongoing projects. Process Data Requests with appropriate stakeholder approval while ensuring data confidentiality. Deliver Ad-Hoc Reports for unique business queries without relying on IT support. Manage the companys database : collect, clean, organize, and secure data in accordance with internal policies. Maintain and distribute APL KPI Dashboard Reports to track operational performance. Conduct Exception Reporting to identify anomalies and flag issues for corrective action. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for insights and data validation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, IT, Finance , or a related field. 5+ years of experience in MIS Reporting or Data Analytics . Strong proficiency in MS Excel , SQL , and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau). Experience handling confidential data and maintaining data integrity .
