Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Surat. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, preparing and delivering technical presentations, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role involves working closely with the sales team to meet sales targets, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products. Qualifications Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service Strong Communication skills Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions Knowledge of electrical switchgear, protection, substation automation, and power quality management products Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Proven ability to work independently and within a team Experience in project management is a plus
