As a seasoned Content Specialist with deep expertise in instructional design, you will play a crucial role in supporting Praxis Development initiatives. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting engaging learning products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring best-in-class training solutions to life. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5+ years of experience in content development or instructional design. A proven track record in creating high-quality e-learning modules and assessments is essential. You must possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies. Proficiency in handling basic HTML for content customization is required. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills will be key to effectively convey complex ideas to a diverse audience.
