Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Head Bartender/Bar Executive. The role involves managing the daily operations of the bar, creating and serving beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities include training and supervising bar staff, overseeing inventory and cash handling, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety regulations. A focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence is key to this position. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including bartending and crafting beverages Experience with Cash Handling and maintaining accurate financial records Leadership abilities to manage and train bar staff effectively Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage operations Relevant certifications or training in hospitality or bartending are a plus Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
