Next.js Developer (Full-Time, Remote)
About Symphonic Grow Symphonic Grow is a fast-growing SaaS agency based in Delhi, building innovative and scalable web applications. We’re currently developing multiple SaaS products under one umbrella and are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer (Next.js) to join as our first technical hire. Role Overview You’ll be the sole developer responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling our web-based SaaS products. This includes everything from frontend UI to backend logic, API integrations, and database design. You'll work closely with the founders and designers to turn product ideas into reality. Responsibilities Develop full-stack web applications using Next.js , React , Node.js , and serverless functions Build and maintain scalable, secure databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar) Design responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS (or your preferred styling approach) Integrate third-party APIs and internal REST/GraphQL endpoints Handle authentication (e.g., Auth.js, JWT, Firebase) and user access management Deploy applications (preferably on Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms) Write clean, testable code and manage the entire development lifecycle Communicate directly with the founders and give input on architecture and product features Qualifications 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development Deep understanding of JavaScript , React , and Next.js Strong backend skills with Node.js , API design , and server-side rendering Solid experience with databases – MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar Version control using Git and experience with CI/CD Knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and SEO fundamentals Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience working in SaaS or startups Familiarity with Vercel, Firebase, or Supabase Knowledge of DevOps, serverless, or microservices architecture Understanding of payment systems (e.g., Stripe) What You’ll Get Full ownership and autonomy over tech decisions Opportunity to work on multiple SaaS products from scratch Flexible remote working A chance to grow into a lead developer or CTO role as the company scales
