Job Description: Seeking suitable candidates for daily operation of Gamma Irradiation plant at Shendra, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar , Maharashtra . Job Responsibilities: 1. Daily operation of plant and machinery through SCADA Control system. 2. Maintaining proper records and documentation for material movement, maintenance records , safety checks and other key aspects of gamma irradiation plant operation. 3. Supervising routine and breakdown maintenance of the plant and machinery 4. This position involves complete responsibilities for all project related activities such as: Conceptualizing and designing for various electro-mechanical automated systems involving conveyor, pick-and-place, process, and robotic systems. Detailed engineering design drawings in 2D and 3D, preparation of bill of materials, engineering calculations and simulations, supervision of QA and procurement activities and issuing drawings for manufacturing. Supervision of manufacturing and assembly activities, installation, and commissioning. Create technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and 2D and 3D digital models of mechanical equipment designs, using measurements, specifications, and additional data from the engineering team. Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details, and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices. Provide support to the engineering team as needed by creating technical drawings and digital models within deadlines and utilizing multiple methods to ensure deliverables include all relevant design details.
