Roles and responsibilitiesSales & Distribution: Promote and sell insurance products (life, health, motor, accident, etc.) through direct customer engagement in assigned geographies.· Generate leads via market visits, community outreach, referrals, and partnerships with kirana shops, CSCs, SHGs, and local influencers.· Conduct awareness sessions, roadshows, or village-level camps to increase insurance penetration.· Achieve monthly sales targets with high customer satisfaction and compliance.Customer Insights & Strategic Project Contribution· Actively gather customer and market intelligence:o Pain points, product preferences, trust factors, pricing thresholds, etc.o Feedback on existing insurance products, claim experience, digital tools, and local influencers.· Document and share structured insights weekly using mobile-based formats or templates provided. Collaborate with internal product, actuarial, and tech teams to validate assumptions and co-create new products or features. Participate in pilot testing of new insurance offerings or distribution experiments in your assigned region. Be a part of a high-impact national project focused on designing grassroots insurance for India’s next 500 million customers. Customer Support & Relationship Building: Provide policy servicing support — claims guidance, renewals, and documentation.· Build long-term trust with customers through responsible and transparent insurance practices.
