This role requires a professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in teaching and learning management, a strong grasp of Indian and Western music traditions, and a passion for making music education accessible and enjoyable. Roles & Responsibilities: Syllabus Design : Develop detailed, structured syllabi tailored to each genre and instrument, including Indian and Western vocals, Guitar, Piano, Keyboard, Ukulele, Light Music, and Bollywood Music. Content Creation : Create high-quality, engaging content in text, audio, and video formats. Ensure the material is learner-friendly, creative, and aligned with company standards. Collaboration : Collaborate with instructors and musicians to refine course content and ensure its quality and relevance. Skills Required A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in teaching and learning management . Expertise in music education, with a strong grasp of Indian and Western music traditions . Experience in syllabus design and multimedia content creation . A passion for making music education accessible and enjoyable.
