We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally Prime, and comprehensive knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations in India. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Accounting Operations: o Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. o Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner. 2. Tally Prime Usage: o Utilize Tally Prime software for accounting tasks such as data entry, ledger maintenance, and generating financial reports. o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered in Tally Prime. 3. GST Compliance: o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and ensure compliance. o Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time. o Handle GST-related queries and reconciliation of GST input tax credit. 4. Financial Reporting: o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. o Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 5. Reconciliation: o Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile other financial discrepancies. o Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate financial records. 6. Internal Controls: o Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal control procedures. o Ensure compliance with internal control policies and address any discrepancies. 7. Audit Support: o Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. 8. Documentation and Record-Keeping: o Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation. o Ensure all accounting documentation is properly filed and easily accessible. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role. • Proficiency in Tally Prime software. • Strong understanding of GST regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a similar industry or sector. • Knowledge of other accounting software. • Additional certification or training in accounting or finance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production processes within ISO9001-certified environments and a basic understanding of the IATF16949 certification system. This role involves optimising manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support daily production activities in the fasteners manufacturing unit. Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Ensure adherence to quality standards in line with ISO9001 and support compliance with IATF16949 requirements. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, analyze root causes, and develop corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Prepare and maintain production reports, technical documentation, and process records. Assist in the development of process documentation, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support new product development and process validation activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in fasteners production. Proven experience working in ISO9001-certified environments. Basic understanding of IATF16949 standards and automotive industry quality management systems. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control. Proficient in using standard engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD, ERP systems). Knowledge of making 2D drawings in AutoCAD or equivalent software is must. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
