As an experienced consulting professional in the field, you will be utilizing your understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and various business processes or technology designs within a specific product/technology family. Operating independently, you will deliver high-quality work products to engagements, performing diverse and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology in alignment with customer needs. Your responsibilities will involve applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and best practices. You will be responsible for End-to-End Architectural and Technical Management in Charging, Policy, DSR, and Billing domains, engaging directly with both business and IT stakeholders in customer organizations. Your expertise in handling project deliveries, particularly with a preference for Oracle Technologies, will be crucial. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of technologies encompassing 4G/5G/Policy/Charging domains, with a specific focus on Policy, Charging, and Billing functionalities. Your role will also involve facilitating new channels of engagement with vendors and telecom service providers for data modeling, defining inventory and discovery reconciliation models, and actively participating in scoping, planning, and estimation for deliverables during pre-sales and project deliveries. It is essential to have awareness of Oracle Policy and Charging Solutions and the ability to defend solutions, estimations, timelines, and deliverables with customers, negotiate effectively, and present at the CxO level. Moreover, you will oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel reviews, while also having exposure to cloud-native technologies. Proficiency in operating systems (Unix/Linux), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and application servers (WebLogic) is crucial. Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus. Your problem-solving skills should be exceptional, with the ability to analyze and solve complex challenges related to policy, charging, and billing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Possessing relevant industry certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional, will be advantageous. Furthermore, having experience with relational database systems and/or similar technologies will be beneficial, along with technical expertise in Gx, Gy, Sy, Sh, Policy, Charging, and DSR (Diameter Signaling Routing). A good understanding of the implementation of Policy, Charging, and DSR functionalities is also key to success in this role. Mandatory Requirements Selected Candidates should be willing to work out of client location in Chennai for 5 days a week Work experience of Temenos T24 securities/Private banking functionality, Automation testing Roles and Responsibilities: Test engineering focused on test automation Banking domain knowledge (understanding of banking core processes) Broad technology knowledge across all layers (from network to applications to customer) Java (or alternatively Typescript) experience development with some years of experience in software development or testing CI/CD experience (including test automation and deployment pipelines) Jira (Xray) test description definition and execution Test as Code (automated test infrastructure through code) Scripting and execution of automated tests Root cause analysis based on client and backend application code Banking domain knowledge (understanding of banking core processes) Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution. Guide and mentor the testing team member on the over-all test strategy, Planning, Test case preparation, Test data preparation, Test execution Communicate project statuses, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner. Help with expanding the current test cases to ensure complete test coverage of the System. Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function Involve in Test Case reviews and update the test cases accordingly Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using Quality Center or similar tools/means Act as a first escalation point for all stakeholders, including internal testing team escalation Provide support during the implementation phase, including data migration and system integration. Qualifications: 8-13 years of hands-on experience in Automation testing and quality assurance activities including functional, regression, smoke, system testing. Testing experience in Banking domain & Temenos T24 Experience in the entire Test life cycle processes, quality metrics, tools (test management tools(Quality Center/ALM etc), Hands-on experience with automated testing tools: Cucumber (for BDD-style automated testing) Test tools: Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, K6 Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Tableau Tracing / observability tools: Dynatrace / Open Telemetry / Grafana Tempo & Lok /Splunk Experience in analysing and optimizing non-functional requirements (e.g., performance) Experience in SDLC and agile development methodologies Knowledge of industry best practices in software development and Quality Assurance policies and practices Ability to work effectively in fast paced multi-team test development Excellent cross-platform analysis and troubleshooting ability Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly adjust to changing tasks Excellent written & verbal communication, and analytical skills.
