Experience: 2–6 years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Switchnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating B2B and B2C leads, driving sales of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, networking devices, etc.) and software products (Microsoft, antivirus, cloud subscriptions, etc.), and promoting value-added services such as installation, AMC, and technical support. This is a target-driven role with ample growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Generate and qualify B2B and B2C leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online research, and social media. · Identify potential clients, understand their IT needs, and pitch appropriate hardware, software, and services. · Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively. · Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly. · Coordinate with the technical team for product demos, service explanations, and implementation planning. · Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. · Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams. · Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. · 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT hardware/software sales. · Strong knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., laptops, servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365, cloud, etc.). · Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. · Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. · Proficiency in MS Office and email communications.
