You will be responsible for managing large business network systems by designing, setting up, securing, and maintaining high-performance networks across different locations (LAN, WAN, wireless, and hybrid). Your key responsibilities will include creating strong and secure network designs, setting up advanced routing and switching systems, using VLANs, ACLs, and firewalls for network security, installing and configuring routers, switches, and wireless devices, working with routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and RIP, setting up IP address systems like NAT and PAT, monitoring network speed, improving traffic flow using QoS and traffic shaping, performing regular checks, updates, and system reviews, leading network upgrades and system migrations, ensuring minimal downtime, collaborating with security teams to apply safety rules, utilizing tools like firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs for protection, designing and managing wireless networks, conducting site surveys, planning for strong wireless coverage, keeping network diagrams and records updated, and preparing reports on performance, problems, and system health. You should have at least 7 years of experience in enterprise network roles and hands-on experience with devices like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or Fortinet. A strong understanding of networking basics such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, STP, etc., and deep knowledge of Routing (OSPF, BGP), Switching (VLANs), NAT, and VPNs is required. Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG is beneficial, and basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Ansible) are preferred. Certifications required for this role include Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and CompTIA Network+, with preferred certifications including Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Juniper JNCIP, CWNP for wireless skills, and ITIL Foundation. You must be open to 24x7 support if required. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer, or Network Engineering.,
