Key Responsibilities Real-Time Transaction Monitoring Monitor IMPS transactions via switch dashboards, logs, and alerts. Identify and act on transaction failures, timeouts, and reversal delays. Maintain uptime of IMPS routing components and ensure switch response SLAs. L2 Incident Resolution Triage issues escalated by L1 support (e.g., failed IMPS credit, customer complaints). Perform RCA and document fix steps for recurring issues. Escalate unresolved issues to L3/vendor support (e.g., FIS/M2P/NPCI integration partners). File & Message Flow Validation Monitor and validate NPCI interfaces, including file exchanges (returns, reconciliation, settlements).
