Job Title: Special Projects & Founder’s Office ( a.k.a. The Founder’s Brain When She’s Double Booked ) 📍Location: Noida 🧭 Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office 💼 Type: Execution meets strategy meets "figure it out" About Us We’re Influence- a lean PR + branding consulting firm that helps founders, VCs, and brands become unmissable. We do press that drives positioning. We build personal brands that make headlines. We turn reputations into revenue. We're not an agency. We're the chaos-proof consulting partner people remember . Now we’re looking for someone who can operate like our founder’s second brain . What’s the Role, Really? This isn’t a job. This is a trust fall. You're stepping into the wild world of a founder’s calendar, chaos, ideas, client decks, WhatsApp messages, and strategic pivots. If you’re looking for structure- this ain’t it. If you love figuring things out on the go- keep reading. You’ll Be Doing Things Like: Sitting in on high-stakes meetings and actually taking notes (not just nodding) Following up, closing loops, and making sure nothing slips Helping shape + execute strategies for PR, branding, partnerships, operations- all of it Identifying new business opportunities and pitching them with flair Managing relationships with clients, collaborators, and the 27 unread emails in our inbox Keeping the founder sane by being two steps ahead of her (or trying to be) Running special projects across departments, clients, and caffeine-fueled brainstorms Basically doing the work you’d do if this company were yours Who You Are A self-starter who’s not afraid of ambiguity or action You’ve worked at a startup or agency- or you’ve built something of your own You can write a crisp email, talk to a CXO, and brief a designer- all before lunch You get how business works. You’re not just “task-oriented,” you’re outcome-obsessed You have opinions. And the good sense to know when to back them with data or gut You know when to ask questions and when to figure sh*t out You’ll Love This Role If: You’ve secretly wanted to start something of your own but want to learn how first You get a thrill from running point on things that weren’t even on the roadmap You enjoy switching between strategy, execution, people, and chaos- sometimes all in the same hour You want access to real decision-making, fast growth, and a front-row seat to how founders build What We’re Offering A seat at the decision table , not just a to-do list Growth that’s fast, not fluffy The opportunity to learn every part of the business- strategy, branding, operations, partnerships, and more A lean, driven team that cares about craft, not corporate Oh, and a real chance to shape the company’s next chapter alongside the founder Compensation We’re a startup- so not a plushy package But if you’re good, you’ll grow faster than you would in a “safe” job This role is high trust, high visibility, and high upside How to Apply Send us something better than a generic resume. Tell us why this role excites you and why you’d be dangerous in it (in a good way) . Email us at hello@shriyamukherjee.com with the subject line: Special Projects is My Superpower
