As a Technician in the Third Party Contract Roll based in Dolvi, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to monitor the Electrical related parameters at the site. In case of any Electrical related breakdown, you will be required to provide first-level support on-site. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the HO Automation team for problem resolution through VPN and support the service team for Automation/Electrical related issues during quarterly PM. It is essential for you to provide system operation & maintenance training to operators and take the lead in improving system availability. You will also be responsible for snag list resolution and maintaining & documenting records of error resolution while updating the line manager accordingly. Your Key Results Areas (KRAs) will include providing Onsite Support for Electrical issues, conducting operational & maintenance training for operators, and actively working towards improving and maintaining System availability. To excel in this role, you must hold a Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering as an essential qualification. Having a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field of Electro-Mechanical maintenance is also required. Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in the Automation Industry. In terms of technical skills, you should possess a basic knowledge of Switchgear components, Control Panels/Power distribution Panels, and three-phase wiring (Motors/Switch gears/Control Panel). You should be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical drawings, service manuals, and work orders to perform the required maintenance work effectively. The competencies that are expected from you in this role include good oral & written communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
