Major Responsibilities: Ensure that Program management strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market Determine, set and deliver goals and objectives for the department in line with the company's strategic aims and objectives Ensuring best practices in project management are continually followed Conduct regular, timely and accurate program and project reviews to drive, plan, monitor and control the delivery of Programs Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviours expected of them Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department Effectively coordinate with the plant NPD teams for timely and accurate development of prototypes according to specifications Having NPD / product development prior experience will be an advantage Maintain and update a detailed database of all prototypes successfully manufactured with all relevant details such as design specifications, usage metrics, shortfalls, changes etc Role Responsibilities: Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams Strong interest in and knowledge of the impacts on the software industry of technology policy, industry standards Act as an advisor to R&D leadership in the areas of software security supply chain and security certifications & assurance Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Education : Mandatory: B.E./ B.Tech Desired: MBA & 10-15 Years Work experience as project management manager
