Hiring for Switch Applications /Tango Tech Support for our MNC Client - Hybrid Exp - 3 - 12 Yrs Notice Period: Immediate Joiners/Serving Candidates (within 20 Days) Location: Hyderabad , Bangalore, Chennai , Noida , Gurugram Budget: Good hike on last CTC . JD - Resource must have 3 to 12 years of experience in the Switch Applications and 1-2 years of experience with TANGO. • Oversee system health, configurations, and upgrades of Lusis Tango. • Analyze high-impact incidents; lead root cause analysis and post-mortems. • Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and change control records. • Coordinate with Lusis vendor for advanced troubleshooting and updates. • Liaise with cross-functional teams: infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and audit requirements. • Familiarity with databases (MySQL), log analysis, and transaction tracing. • Familiarity in Linux, including scripting and process management."
