You will be responsible for conducting property/home inspections in a professional, organized, and disciplined manner. Your role will require a strong knowledge of all plumbing aspects, including experience in leakage, seepage, moisture, and dampness detection in various systems such as plumbing lines, plumbing equipment, fire lines, STP, WTP, and swimming pools. Your expertise should encompass a deep understanding of plumbing lines, drainage pipe lines, fire pipelines, sewage treatment plants (STP), water treatment plants (WTP), operating pressure pumps, and other plumbing equipment. Experience in the installation of plumbing lines and CP fittings will be essential for this role. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of swimming pool and fire plumbing line installation, as well as be able to effectively detect leakages. Your technical proficiency, along with logical and analytical skills, will be crucial for accurately identifying the source of issues. Ideally, you should have prior work experience in multi-storey residential and commercial projects. This position is permanent and requires availability for day shifts. A preferred educational qualification is a Diploma, and a minimum of 4 years of total work experience is required.
