As a Technical Lead in App Development, you will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of cutting-edge mobile applications. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and drive continuous technical improvements within the team. As a Technical Lead, you will need to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize app performance, and ensure compatibility across various devices. You will be required to implement CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release workflows for mobile applications. Owning technical documentation, project estimations, and development timelines will be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks to drive innovation in app development. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mobile application development. Hands-on experience with technologies like Flutter, React Js, Swift/Objective-C (iOS), or Kotlin/Java (Android) is essential.
