You will need to perform feasibility checks, provide estimates, and offer suggestions for both current projects and those in the pipeline. Multitasking will be a crucial skill for this role, and you should be a proactive problem solver who can understand and interpret client requirements accurately while tracking the order system. Compiling and sending status and completion reports, as well as holding status calls with vendors, will be part of your core responsibilities. Prioritizing jobs based on complexity and deadlines and ensuring the systematic distribution of work among the team are also key tasks. Proficiency in handling MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and web-based applications is essential for this role. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare invoices for clients in accordance with their expectations. Overall, the job demands individuals who are experienced in operations or freshers with excellent analytical and communication skills, along with sound knowledge of MS Office.
