Job Description : Investigate and resolve technical issues involving SWIFT gateway software, integrations, or infrastructure Monitor and proactively address issues related to SWIFT gateway operations Perform initial root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact incidents and develop a mitigation plan Provide technical support for integration with internal banking, treasury, or ERP systems, including interface troubleshooting and enhancements.
