You will be working as a Software Requirements Engineer focusing on capturing and deriving software requirements from customers and related systems/components. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including functional safety. Establishing traceability upstream and downstream, defining attributes, and creating relevant work products will also be part of your role. You will participate in the review of system and software requirements, manage stakeholders from both system and software teams, and clarify their questions. Additionally, you will be involved in ASPICE audits (both internal and external) and support detailed planning and team coordination within the SW-PL. Analysing defects and changes will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you must have proven experience in the Automotive domain and hands-on experience in developing software based on AUTOSAR architecture. You should hold an Engineering or Post Graduate Engineering degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the Automotive domain. Hands-on experience in the Powertrain or Chassis domain, as well as experience in AUTOSAR architecture, is essential. You should be familiar with deriving SW requirements from system requirements and have a solid understanding of ASPICE processes SWE1 and SWE6. Prior experience with software detailed design and implementation is required, along with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and understand HSI (hardware software interface) documents. Proficiency in tools such as PTC Integrity and Enterprise Architect is necessary for this role. Moreover, fluency in English is a must to effectively communicate within the team and with stakeholders.
